Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced warehouse on-site to oversee daily operations at our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse associates, ensuring they check in correctly and on time, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and meeting with supervisors and leads to ensure workflow efficiency and accuracy.

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet daily operational goals.
• Oversee the team and walk around the warehouse.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively.
• Identify and resolve operational issues or escalate as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, drivers, and other departments.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college or vocational training preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification).
