The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for collaborating with product managers, software developers, and other stakeholders to transform Ampion’s customer experience problems into solutions that grow revenue, increase customer satisfaction, improve partner productivity, and reduce expenses.

Job duties include:
Consulting with clients and internal stakeholders to understand goals and objectives and explain user research results.
Developing personas and usage scenarios for our software applications and interfacing components to meet the expectations, concerns, and motivations of Ampion’s target users.
Monitoring user engagement and utilizing user feedback to generate prototypes and wireframes of interactive webpage interfaces.
Standardizing interface content through appropriate component and element design.
Tracking project process as it encounters software development restrictions, adjusting designs as necessary.
Translating designs into HTML/CSS/SCSS to model how web products will appear and behave with user interaction.
Researching and designing solutions in Figma through component iteration and pushing pixels.
Providing software developers with user story tickets and providing visual guidance on necessary graphic design elements during the software design process.
Requirements: Employer requires a bachelor’s degree in digital media, UI/UX design, graphic design, or a closely related field and three (3) years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar occupation working for a company operating in a two‐sided marketplace (i.e., fulfilling the needs of both clients and subscribers).
