WHAT YOU DO

You will manage the spa team, products, service offerings, and all operations. You will ensure excellence in each of these areas, providing visionary leadership and support of your team. You will continually enhance the guest experience and offerings, while growing revenue and collaborating on market strategies. You will manage the financial operations of the spa, in collaboration with the Director of Rooms, to ensure profitability and appropriate cost of labor, services, and product.
