The Role:

Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns.
Analyze tax issues and provide strategic tax planning advice.
Prepare tax workpapers and schedules.
Assist with client financial information and accounting services.
Conduct research on complex tax issues.
Train and mentor junior staff.
Communicate directly with clients to build strong relationships.
You're a Perfect Fit If:

You have at least 1 year of experience in public accounting.
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
You're a CPA (preferred for senior-level positions).
You're proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You're a detail-oriented and organized individual.
You're a great communicator, both written and verbal.
