Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities :

• Oversee the operations of 3 full-service restaurants
• Mentor and develop your team
• Ambition to improve the concepts, menu, make changes

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications :

• 3+ years of Director level experience in a full-service restaurant environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team

Restaurant General Manager Benefits :

•  Competitive base salary $110,000 - $120,000
• Bonus Plan plus ownership equity
