NHS Management of Arkansas is seeking a qualified and experienced Regional Nurse Consultant to join our team and oversee our facilities across Arkansas. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our staff and ensuring the highest quality care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and oversight to facility management and staff on clinical best practices, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective action plans.
• Ensure facilities are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including conducting mock surveys.
• Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide education and training to facility staff on a variety of topics related to nursing practice and resident care.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term care nursing, with a focus on clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing long-term care facilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the state of Arkansas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
