ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

 

As People Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Global People Operations team and work together with People Partner, the Total Rewards and Talent team, your primary role will be to provide operational support as part of the global People Operations Team.The People Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of People-related transactions in the main HRIS, Onboarding and other systems as applicable.  

 


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Enter and maintain employee data (i.e., new hires, terminations, status changes, salary adjustments) in HRIS while ensuring proper approvals are collected and employee letters are generated, as necessary.
  • Monitor new employee onboarding to ensure complete submission of required documents and tasks.
  • Maintain the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of sensitive company and employee data in HRIS.
  • Maintain contingent workforce data (hires, terminations, extensions).
  • Responsible for employment verification, unemployment, and other governmental agency requests.
  • Support Benefits and Compensation administration as needed and coordinate with Payroll to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Provide support on data audits and clean up.
  • Support the set up and clean-up of electronic employee files and continued maintenance of employee files in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Streamline and increase consistency in existing processes and procedures.
  • Provide support for ad hoc projects as needed.

 


QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • BA/BS degree in human resources related field preferred or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of People Operations experience.
  • Knowledge or experience with the principles and practices of human resources is preferred.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and analytical skills with ability to manage confidential data and materials.
  • Strong customer service orientation, a team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships.
  • Intermediate Excel and other MS Office Suite tools.
  • Strong internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.
  • “Can do” positive attitude a must.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to prioritize, collaborate and support.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this role’s listed grade level is currently $62,200 to $71,560 plus a bonus for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey residents, and $86,200 to $99,160 plus a bonus for SF Bay Area, Greater Seattle, NYC, and Washington, DC, residents. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members. Employees in this role are also eligible for the following benefits in accordance with the terms of the Company's plans: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flex time off, eligibility to enroll in 401k, and 12 paid holidays.
