Position Overview: The Inventory and Fulfillment Agent is responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure operational excellence, provide exceptional customer service, contribute to financial goals, and uphold safety and compliance standards. Responsibilities: Operational Excellence
The job requires physical activity, including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, walking, and lifting or moving up to 40 pounds (or more with a co-worker). Good visual acuity, hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive motions with accuracy is required. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. As a condition of employment, all employees are required to submit to a background check. Employment decisions, in compliance with state law, are based on an employee's background report at the time of hire. This job requires completion of an Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation (IDFPR) background check and badging process.
