Overview

What We’re Looking For
As an Information Technology Senior Consultant (ITSC) at CyberPoint you will be become part of a dynamic research and development team. You will perform as a consultant in highly specialized, leading edge information technologies and methodologies. The ITSC provides highly technical and specialized guidance concerning automated solutions to complex information processing problems. You will also perform elaborate analyses and studies while preparing reports and giving presentations. You will lead medium to large complex projects and major phases of very large projects as defined by the government. Additionally, the ITSC will provide highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems.

You will work in a help desk environment to provide end-to-end computer support for the organization from the end user's desktop to the back-end servers (Domain controllers, Exchange, VMWare, etc) and everything in between. You will also work with network and connectivity to the Enterprise. At least one late shift is required until 6pm. Patch days will require resources to assist later in the evening and flexing time during the week or utilizing an extended work week.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need 

• U.S Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
• High School/GED with twenty (20) years of relevant experience; Associates degree with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience or bachelor’s degree with twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
• IATII
• Experience in a help desk environment
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Experience with VMWare
• Experience with Windows/Linux
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be reliable, professional, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
