We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Bilingual Healthcare Member Services Representatives. About the Role:

As a Remote Bilingual Healthcare Member Services Representative, you'll be the vital first point of contact for our valued Spanish and English-speaking members. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless member experience by:

Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing member inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Resolving Member Issues: Assisting members with a wide range of inquiries, including benefit questions, ID card orders, eligibility verification, billing inquiries, and payment processing.
Navigating Information Systems: Utilizing dual screens and cutting-edge technology to access and update member information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintaining Detailed Records: Accurately documenting all member interactions and ensuring proper tracking of inquiries and resolutions.
Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to all company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Responding to a high volume of incoming calls in both English and Spanish.
Providing accurate and comprehensive information regarding healthcare benefits and services.
Processing member requests, such as ID card orders and payment transactions.
Updating member profiles and demographics with precision.
Troubleshooting and resolving member issues in a timely and effective manner.
Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Compensation and Benefits:

Training Hourly Rate: $22.63
Post-Training Hourly Rate: $23.66
Training and Work Schedule:

Training Period (12 Weeks):
Training hours will fluctuate between Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM MST and 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM MST.
Please note that your training schedule may vary, and you will receive advance notice of any changes.
Post-Training Schedule:
Must be available to work weekends.
Schedules may range from 7:00 AM MST to 9:30 PM MST, Monday through Sunday.
You will have two scheduled days off during the week.
Location Requirement:

This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside within a 1-hour radius of 7901 E. Lowry Blvd, Denver, CO 80230.

April 14th
Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of call center experience or 2+ years of customer service experience.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (bilingual assessment required).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and varying shifts.
Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Healthcare knowledge is a plus, but not required.
