We are workflow experts and once we take over a task, all of the operational headaches associated with that task are handled by WAW from that point forward. **About the Role**
We are looking for fully remote administrative assistants who can perform daily admin tasks whether full time or part time. You do not need to be an expert in this field, we invite applicants across all levels from entry level to expert. Our focus is on finding the right fit for our company, we hire for passion and train for success.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with colleagues to create results in a team environment
* Follow instructions and tasks as provided by the Supervisor
* Perform repetitive administrative tasks with minimal supervision
* Data entry: creating new leads, contacts, deals, matters, and updating their information accordingly
* Managing pipelines: moving deals from one stage to the other
* Research: searching different websites and collecting needed information
