Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote Sign Language interpretation during virtual K-12 classes to ensure students can fully participate.
Facilitate communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing students and their teachers, promoting an inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with school staff to support the educational needs of students and help create an environment where all students can succeed.

Requirements:

Valid Sign Language Interpreter certification (RID, NIC, EIPA, or equivalent).
Previous experience in K-12 education is preferred, but not required.
Must obtain professional liability insurance.
