Job Description

Title: Executive Administrative Assistant-5-15912-1 Duration; 12 Months Contract Location: 240 Dividend Dr, Coppell, TX Korean is Must Pay Rate:$40/hr. on W2 Client: Samsung   □ Top 3 Skills - 1. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with administrative tools and systems to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.   □ JD Summary: This position plays a critical role in supporting senior executives by managing complex administrative tasks, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. It requires exceptional organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and technical proficiency to handle diverse responsibilities effectively. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality while delivering high-quality support to leadership .   □ Job Responsibilities: 1. Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials. 2. Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate high-level meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and follow-up actions are communicated promptly. 3. Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage confidential documents, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism. 4. Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and ensuring clear and effective communication. 5. Project Assistance: Support cross-functional projects by assisting with planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables. 6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. 7. Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality for sensitive information and executive communications. 8. Facility/Emergency Coordinator at the Coppell location : managing seating charts, Outlook emails/contacts, parking spaces, and conference/meeting room reservations, including A/V setups and room allocations based on project needs. Acts as a liaison or gatekeeper for location/facility/warehouse/office/landlord-related issues involving multiple stakeholders at the Coppell site. 9. Others : Supports mail-room services, floral arrangements, and office supply orders in collaboration with the GA team specifically for the Coppell location.   □ Skills 1. Advanced Organizational Skills: Ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. 2. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with executives, team members, and external stakeholders. 3. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with administrative tools and systems. 4. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing documents, reports, and presentations. 5. Time Management: Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 6. Confidentiality: Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality for sensitive information and executive communications. 7. Cultural Awareness: Proficiency in both English and Korean for effective communication with headquarters and international teams. 8. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.   □ Education/Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. · Alternatively, a high school diploma with extensive administrative experience may be considered. · Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles. · Proven track record of supporting senior-level executives in a corporate or professional setting. · Experience in managing complex administrative tasks and coordinating high-level meetings · Proficient bilingual preferred(English/Korea), as the role involves frequent corresponding with HQ
