Location: Salem, NH
Schedule:

• Friday: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Saturday & Sunday: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) and 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional to provide individualized care to a single female in her home. This role offers a unique weekend-focused schedule that’s perfect for those looking to balance work with weekday commitments.

Please note: The individual receiving services has requested female staff only for this position. However, male applicants are encouraged to apply for other open roles within our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care
• Support medication routines and health monitoring
• Encourage engagement in hobbies and community activities
• Maintain a safe and supportive home environment
• Document services and communicate with the team
• Spend quality time with a fun and engaging individual in community settings

Qualifications:

• LNA experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with proper insurance
• Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities
• Must pass background checks and complete required training
