Data Entry Operator

Department: Environmental Services

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Data Manager

CityGreen Services is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a key member of the Environmental Services department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data for our projects.

Responsibilities:

Entering data into databases and maintaining accurate records
Ensuring data quality and integrity
Performing data verification and validation
Assisting with data analysis and reporting
Supporting the Data Manager with various data-related tasks

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Skills:

Fast and accurate typing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of environmental services industry is a plus

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
