What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service & Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing both support and guidance as they explore their insurance needs.

• Respond to incoming client inquiries and qualify potential leads.
• Understand client needs and match them with the right insurance solutions.
• Provide accurate, timely information about policy options and benefits.
• Manage follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and pipeline tracking.
• Support the sales team by identifying upsell opportunities and nurturing leads.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong people skills and a customer-first attitude
• Comfortable using digital tools like email, CRM systems, and video conferencing
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in sales, customer support, or lead generation is a bonus — not required
