Compensation:

$18.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Temporary – 1 Month

End Date: October 3, 2025

About the Role

We are seeking dependable and service-oriented Call Center Representatives to support a short-term assignment. In this role, you will handle a high volume of calls while delivering accurate information and top-tier customer service. This is a fully remote position limited to candidates residing in California.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Assist with troubleshooting caller issues
• Maintain detailed and accurate call documentation
• Escalate complex issues appropriately
• Follow communication scripts and protocols where applicable

Requirements & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to solve problems and think critically under pressure
• Customer service mindset with a focus on resolving issues effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and call center tools
• Reliable internet connection and distraction-free work environment

Schedule:

Full-time hours required; schedule to be confirmed upon hiring.
